I never received or I lost my certificate. How do I get a new one?

You or the Department of Transportation may request course completion certificates, or various industry inspectors to certify that you are qualified to conduct or use the instruments for the specific tasks you are trying, have or will complete.

To print a course certificate, log in to your online account and then click on "course certificates."
